    A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) satellite image shows the position of Hurricane Paloma at 1500 GMT November 7, 2008. Paloma was estimated to be about 394 km (245 miles) west of Jamaica (near 18.6 degrees north 81.6 degrees west) at 1500 GMT heading north at 11 kph (7mph) and was forecast to move northeast.
