Nicolas Jackson discusses the future of poetry and radio with award-winning poet, playwright and children's author Roger McGough. Roger McGough was a member of the music and poetry group The Scaffold in the 1960s and 70s, and made his name as one of the so-called 'Liverpool Poets' whose work was immortalised in the 1967 anthology "The Mersey Sound". He has written for and presented progammes for BBC Radio, including "Poetry Please" and "Home Truths". His latest adult poetry collection, "It Never Rains", will be published by Penguin in November (14/10/14).
