Dr.Rojas Marcos speaks of his two countries

 Luis Rojas Marcos, born in 1943 in Seville, has carried out his professional career in New York City, dedicated to medicine, psychiatry and public health.  In 1992 he was named Head of Mental Health Services in New York City and from 1995 until 2002 he was the director of the NYC Public Health and Hospital System. He is the author of many articles and books on current affairs and such topics as optimism, self-esteem and achieving personal happiness. He is currently professor of psychiatry at New York University and was in Madrid this week to present his latest book, "Everything I've Learned," Todo lo que he aprendido.
