Female Startup Leaders: supporting women entrepeneur

In Spain, only 20% of entrepeneurs are women... and according to the Closing Gap Index, published in February of 2024, at the current pace it is estimated that Spain will achieve gender parity in 2063: 39 years from now. 

In our last broadcast of the year, we learn about Female Startup Leaders, an association that offers a space for businesswomen and women entrepeneurs to share ideas and exchange their experiences. Their objective is building a friendlier future for women who want to start and grow a business in Spain. We talk to Esther Molina, the association's co-founder, about the initiative.
