Their help is important when it comes to solving complex cases based on evidence and proof, but above all by analyzing the criminal's mind and way of acting. A work that they define as concrete, useful and rigorous.

The testimonies of the SAC agents are joined by the impressions of experts in forensic psychology and criminology, so that the viewer has a complete and clear idea of what the SAC means within the National Police Force. Throughout three cases, divided into two chapters each, we will get to know closely the work of this section, which uses its training in psychology to explore the psyche of criminals and try to understand what drives them to perpetrate their terrible actions. In addition, there is a bonus episode reviewing the history of the Behavioral Analysis Section, from its beginnings to the present day.

'The Serial Criminal':

The first case, consisting of chapters 1 and 2, focuses on the case of “The Owl Rapist,” the sexual predator who kept police forces on alert from 2001 until his capture in 2008. He was so named because he assaulted women as they got off the night bus and in the investigation of this case lies the origin of the SAC.

'Addicted to killing':

The second case, chapters 2 and 3, deals with the investigation of a violent psychopath who acted in Santa Cruz de Tenerife leaving a trail of terror. SAC agents analyze the evidence and make a personal portrait of this criminal, revealing the psychopathic traits and motives behind his violent actions.

'The Pretender':

The third case, chapters 4 and 5, changes register and deals with a case in which the truth is distorted in an attempt to hide the crime. The agents were meticulous in the analysis of evidence and reenactments, and managed to peel back the layers of lies to uncover the horrible truth.
