Éxitos de 1978: Abba "Take a chance on me"

El cuarteto sueco Abba (Benny Andersson, Anni-Frid Lyngstad, Björn Ulvaeus y Agnetha Fältskog), uno de los más significativos dentro de la historia del pop, saltó a la fama tras su triunfo en el Festival de Eurovisión de 1974 con "Waterloo". Su éxito internacional queda más que demostrado con sus 375 millones de discos vendidos. A principios de 1978, Abba lanza "Take a chance on me",  canción que se convertiría en uno de los éxitos del grupo, alcanzando los primeros puestos de las listas en el Reino Unido, México, Austria y Bélgica. Aunque "Take a chance on me" no llegó a la cima de las listas estadounidenses, estadísticamente fue el mayor éxito de Abba en aquel país, incluso por encima de "Dancing queen".
