Eurovisión 2015 - Alemania: Ann Sophie - "Black smoke"

Alemania tuvo que recurrir al plan B para Eurovisión. La gala en la que el país debía elegir a su representante en el Festival dejó en shock al público: Andreas Kümmert, el ganador, renunció a representar al país y cedió su puesto a la segunda, Ann Sophie.

La decisión de Kümmert no sentó muy bien al público, que había elegido su tema Heart of Stone, entre las 8 canciones que participaron en el Unser Song für Österreich. Después de tres rondas de votaciones y tras proclamarse ganador, el cantante explicó que no está preparado para enfrentarse a un público internacional ¡No te pierdas el momento!

Ann Sophie, la nueva ganadora

La renuncia de Kümmert ha convirtió a Ann Sophie en la representante de Alemania con el tema Black Smoke. La joven, de 24 años, nació en Londres pero ha crecido en Hamburgo. Con 4 años empezó a bailar ballet y a los 14 se dio cuenta de que lo que quería ser es cantante. Sophie se ha formado como artista en Nueva York, donde, de forma paralela, comenzó a tocar en bares y a grabar sus propias canciones. En 2012 lanzó su primer álbum y volvió a Hamburgo. En la final de Eurovisión interpretará el tema en inglés Black Smoke (Humo negro).

¿Y si Kümmert no hubiera renunciado?

Si el guión alemán no se hubiera visto alterado, la canción que representaría a Alemania en Eurovisión sería Heart of Stone. ¡No te quedes con las ganas de escuharla!

Antes, en la primera ronda de votaciones, Kümmert defendió otro tema: Home is in My Hands.
